Exchange Policy for AEGreek.com

At AEGreek.com, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our exchange policy carefully so you understand your options.

No Returns or Refunds:
All sales are final. We do not accept returns and we do not offer refunds. We are pleased to offer exchanges within 14 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unworn and have the original tags still attached.

How to Request an Exchange:
1. Contact our customer service team within 14 days of the original purchase date. You can reach us at info@aegreek.com.
2. Provide your order number and the reason for the exchange.
3. Once your exchange request is approved, we will send you instructions on how to send the item back to us.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of sending the item back for exchange.

Exchanges:
Once we receive the item and confirm it meets the conditions for exchange, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item to you. If the replacement item is of higher value, the customer is responsible for paying the price difference. If the replacement item is of lower value, AEGreek.com will issue a store credit for the price difference.

Non-Exchangeable Items:
Sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged. Certain other items are also non-exchangeable, including but not limited to personalized or customized products. These items are final sale.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately to arrange for a replacement. We will work to ensure that you receive a satisfactory resolution.
